I'm a teacher in Taitung with a very basic level of Mandarin Chinese. I'd like to learn more. I can order coffee and form very basic sentences. I am primarily interested in conversation, but would like to be able to read and write characters as well. I'm looking for either 1 hour twice a week, or 2 hours once a week.

I recently moved to Douliu and looking for a Chinese tutor or conversation partner with flexible hours. I plan to dedicate a lot of time leaning Chinese fluently. Experience doesn't matter and pay will be base on what is asked of. As of now I am available most hours on most days. I am looking for something consistent and possible daily. Looking to start early August.

I’ve been trying to learn and improve my spoken Mandarin over the last 3 to 4 months, but I would still say I am at a beginner level. I took some classes in NTU in the past and ever since I keep learning by myself regularly by communicating with my girlfriend or using some online platforms. I am trying to improve my business vocabulary for my current work and prepare for upcoming eMBA course at Taipei Tech. Hi, I have moved to Taipei with my wife to work as a Software Developer in a Taiwanese firm. I would really like to improve my mandarin, to be able to communicate better with people in Taiwan. We are looking to be here for about 2 years, so some more confidence with the language would be appreciated. I have done a small amount of classes before coming to Taipei, so have a grasp of the basics, but am looking for 1-to-1 tutoring for myself. I generally work from about 11am, so classes at 9am would be ideal for me.
