The apartment have 3 suites ,each suite with bathroom is located on the second floor of 7 Floor apartment ( with elevator). (Room A : Short-term rental 13000 a month. Room B:Short-term rental 10500 a month). It's in a quiet neighborhood, fully-furnished, and air-conditioned. As well, there is a living room,Kitchen, bathroom, and balcony shared with the other tenants. The building is only an 10-minute walk from MRT Xingtian Temple (orange line) gate three 3, Taipei "Metro Rapid Transit" will take us around Taipei area.
