*About the apartment
It's a large 3-bedroom apartment and takes only five-min walk from Da'an MRT station. It is located in the most vibrant area in Taipei city with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, gyms and supermarkets nearby. The building has elevator and a manager working 8am-5pm for mails. Garbage and recycling are collected from the door.
The apartment has a large lounge room, dining area and a kitchen, as well as a big fridge and washing machine. There are totally three balconies shared by roommates.


*About your room
You will have the largest room and it has a private bathroom with a bath tub.
In the room, there are plenty of build-in closets, bookshelves, desk and well-maintained wooden floor. The room has a regular double bed with clean pillows, linen and sheets. A floor-to-ceiling window and air-con make the room bright and cozy all year round.
The room is big for one person and comfortable for 2 people. Welcome to take a look!

哈囉 hello , I am Carmen 小夢 :-)
I come from Switzerland but I’ve been living in Taipei since a while now and I’m studying Chinese at the Shida University. I love to go out, to have brunches at coffee shops, to walk and discover new places, to bake cakes and sweets and to talk with friends while sharing a cup of tea or a glass of wine. In our flat we love to share things together, sharing meals, sharing drinks, sharing about our daily lives and about our ideas. We built a very cozy home with no pressure and lots of care to each other so if this suits to your idea about “living together” text us and tell us about you :-)

Another flatmate is Eliana, who is an advanced nurse working in a hospital. She is the master chef in the apartment and we have cake night once in a while. *About rents:
NTD 20000/month and all bills will be split after paying.
NTD40000 as deposit is required.
