I lived in Taipei for the last 4 years, I studied Chinese at NTU for 6 months and then with a tutor for about two years. I'm not quite fluent, but my chinese is pretty good, I guess like high intermediate. I am actually back in the U.S. for the rest of 2023, so would need someone who can do tutoring online in the morning taipei time (probably between 7am - 12pm. I want to do classes once a week.
