A. TLI
An international language training institute with over 65 years of experience in teaching Chinese to foreigners. We have long-term collaborations with diplomatic institutions across the Taiwan Strait and multinational corporations, while also offering training in other languages such as English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, German, and French.

Our students come from all over the world, and our campuses are located in Taipei, Tokyo, Osaka, Beijing, Shanghai, and Bangkok, creating a diverse and international work environment. With our online platform rapidly expanding, we are actively growing our global presence.

B. Job Responsibilities
• Teach Business English courses to help students improve their workplace communication skills.
• Design course content and teaching activities tailored to students' needs (e.g., business writing, meeting skills, presentations, negotiations, etc.).
• Adjust teaching methods and provide individualized guidance to help students achieve their learning goals.
• Offer customized training for corporate clients to enhance their professional English proficiency.
• Participate in school or institution-organized activities when necessary.

C. Qualifications
• Native English speaker
• Business English teaching experience; experience teaching adults or corporate clients is preferred.
• TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or other English teaching certifications are preferred.
• Familiar with business environments and workplace English applications, including business communication skills (emails, meetings, presentations, negotiations, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish good interactions with students.
• Experience with online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) is a plus.
