｜About Us｜
Explorer English is a newly established English learning center in Daan District in Taipei, located directly opposite the Daan Forest Park. Our current focus is mainly elementary students. We aim to offer an inspiring educational space for teachers, and a dynamic learning environment for students, with optimal access to the surrounding natural resources and our exploration-based curriculum.

At our school, learning through exploration is engaging and fun. Students participate in hands-on activities or practical experiences with a wide range of materials, while teachers support and guide them allowing the possibility to explore and learn independently. Our English immersive program integrates a variety of explorative activities and language components into a cross-curricular map for students to apply their knowledge to expand and deepen their skillset and English proficiency. STEAM, projects and SEL (Social Emotional Learning) are the primary features in our curriculum. This approach requires a lot of reflection, communication, critical thinking, and active exploration from students under the professional guidance of their teachers.

｜Who we are looking for｜
The teaching position we are offering best suits those who are looking for a fresh perspective on education, creativity and diversity in daily teaching and opportunities for constant growth. Our aim is to create an exciting and adventurous working environment, where teachers will find it rewarding to develop with their students during the journey with us. There will be no more than 8 students in one class for maximum teacher-student interactions and individual attention for each student. We believe that students who receive individual attention from their teachers have a higher potential for learning new things and developing skills.

｜Job description｜
-Start date: immediately
-Salary: $700/HR or above, depending on qualifications and experience
-Working time:
Part-time afternoons on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. 12~14 hours on weekdays plus Saturday or Sunday mornings.
- Age of students: 6Y-12Y
-Curriculum is provided.
-School location: 2F., No. 34, Sec. 2, Heping E. Rd., Da'an Dist., Taipei

｜Qualifications｜
-At least 1 year experience of teaching elementary students in classroom settings
-Native English-speaker
-Bachelor’s degree
-Qualification in education, art or science is highly preferred
