We are a brand new learning center (minutes away from the Mitsui Outlet Park in Linkou) that offers various after-school courses and programs for elementary students, but we are also in the process of developing an innovative and untraditional approach to English learning for Taiwanese students. Our unique authentic approach aims to provide young learners who seek an alternative to the traditional English courses available on the market (e.g. heavy focus on completing workbooks, rote learning, fill in the blanks...). At the moment, we are looking to expand our small team with a passionate, diligent, and self-motivated educator to join us on our exciting journey. Formal training is provided by our foreign English curriculum consultant with over a decade of experience in teaching and team-leading. We strongly believe that happy teachers result in happy students, so we strive to provide a nurturing and positive environment for everyone (this also means ample paid preparation time for delivering effective and meaningful lessons). Working with us means no early morning or late evening classes, and definitely not on weekends! We genuinely encourage and promote a good work-life balance. Sounds too good to be true?
