Hello,
In 2012 I rode a bicycle from Hualin to Taitung and back. My wife and I will be in Taiwan the week of May 27, and I was hoping to find a driver that would be interested in showing us around Taipei for 1-2 days, then travel to Taitung for another 1-2 days before dropping us off in Hsinchu where I will be working for a couple weeks. I was planning for us to take the train to Taitung, and rent a car to drive back along the east coast with the final destination of Hsinchu, but with the earthquake in Hualin, I am unsure of the condition of the roads in the area. Thus, I though if there was a driver that was interested in showing us the area it might be a way to make the travel easier. Let me know if you are available to be our travel guide for a few days.
