Hello! My husband and I are full-time freelancers looking to move to Hualien. We are very flexible on the unit, the most important thing for us is internet. We of course would pay for the bill but need the landlord to provide it. We are studying Chinese so we don't speak very well, but have a friend who will help us if your English isn't very good.
