DUTIES 1. Write English technical documentation (online help pages, user interface text strings, user manuals, etc.) for Synology users 2. Shoot video tutorials 3. Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, and coach non-writers on ways to improve their writing skills 4. Manage complex documentation projects 5. Basic Chinese communication skills preferred
