ABOUT CORNELL
Cornell Bilingual School has been established since 1995 which works to prepare students for meaningful future lives. We are looking for English Language Arts/Math/Science/PE/Art teachers for the 2016-2017 academic year to join our team of professionals, committed to helping our students.

Our School has a very positive school climate with a caring and supportive feel to it. Curricula from K-9 are based on National Curriculum in both Taiwan and the United States. Therefore, students are able to keep pace with the world. By creating a positive learning environment with multi-culture, more students from different countries gather here to make Cornell transform into a unique international school. Our continuous increase in school enrollment indicates that the parents have great confidence in us as well.

LOCATION
Our school is located in the city of Taoyuan and nearby Chung Cheng Arts District. You could easily find places to shop or hang out. One of the biggest Carrefour falls on this area, makes it even more convenient for getting life goods. It would take only 10 minutes on a ride to get to the Taoyuan main train station. The school buildings are built in 2009 with multiple teaching rooms. In addition, Computers and Smart Boards are equipped in all the classrooms for teachers to use.

TRANSPORTATION
1.Via Bus
There is a bus route 9005(Taoyuan Bus) from Taipei (MRT Taipei City Hall Sta. Bus Station) to Taoyuan, which has a stop in Chung Cheng Arts District.

Another bus route is 9009(Chungli bus) from Taipei (MRT Taipei City Hall Sta. Bus Station) to Taoyuan. Get off at St.Francis Xavier High School and take bus route 188 from Taoyuan City Hall to our school.

2.Via Train
After arriving Taoyuan main train station, there is a bus route 5086(Taoyuan Bus) from Tao Garden Hotel to our school.

3.Via High Speed Rail
Direct Bus THSR Taoyuan Station － Taoyuan
206 THSR Taoyuan Station － Taoyuan
There is a bus stop at the crossroads of Lixing Road and Yongan Road.

POSITION SUMMARY
As the English Teacher, you will work collaboratively with other instructional teacher to champion a high-quality education for each and every student. You will participate in both horizontal and vertical planning to ensure every student's academic needs are met. As you work collaboratively with your peers to foster a thirst for lifelong learning, you will be responsible for your students' performance and your own personal and professional growth.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Be in Taiwan now
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid certified teaching license/ TESOL or TEFL certificates
- Min 2-3 years experienced.
- Dynamic, student-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

EMPLOYMENT PACKAGE
- 75,000 plus per month with extra bonus/1 year contract.
- Working Hours: 8:00~17:00
- Public holidays paid
- Sponsored working visa (ARC)
- Air fare allowance for good performance upon the completion of annual contract.
- Health insurance for valid ARC holders
