Starting from 2021 I have been teaching english, french and history subjects to highschool students who are about to enter the exams of their final year to be able to graduate (gaokao). I help them prepare for these exams as well as answer questions regarding one of the subjects. Between 2022 and 2023 I taught english to Chinese children and adults online. The children was everyday english, from colors to short sentences. I used techniques like games, songs and positive feedback so the learning would be not only pleasant but also interactive. Teaching the adults I mostly focussed on improving the accent with different techniques and business english topics, focussing on vocabulary and pronunciation. Lastly, my parents raised me bilingual (Dutch and English).

I'm a Canadian Teacher and taught in Taipei for over 23 years. I have now returned home to Eastern Canada in May (2021) for family reasons and still do online teaching with some of my Taipei students but also teach some others here in Canada and around the world. I love teaching and primarily focused on elementary-aged students/schools but over my 23+ years in Taiwan, I taught all ages and levels along with many private 1-on-1 students and groups of various ages also. This included branches of the Taiwan Government and private company group classes, among them being Puma Taiwan, China Trust Bank, Bank SinoPac., Chungwa Post Co. Ltd., and the Ministry of Justice Investigation Bureau of Taiwan. I still retain my Taiwan Permanent Residency Card today. I am looking for any age of student focusing on English Conversation preferably and charge just 500nt/hour for classes. We would only need to work out a preferable class time though with the time difference. And since I still maintain my Taiwan Permanent Residency, I have also retained my China Trust Bank Account so it's very easy to deposit the teaching fees right there in Taiwan, thus you wouldn't have to worry about transmission costs.
