【Educational Philosophy】
1. At Daohe, education follows the path of nature. Learning follows natural rhythms and integrates cultural traditions such as seasonal festivals, ecological farming, hiking, mountaineering, and solar terms.
2. Every campus is envisioned as a learning village, where elders (educators) and children (learners) live and learn together. Classrooms are treated as homes, and frequent community events—like Village Day—foster shared learning and belonging.
3. We believe education should be both local and global. Understanding and affirming one’s own culture is the foundation for appreciating others’. Language is a tool for self expression, communication, and connection with the world.
4. Core values emphasized in our programs include love, justice, nonviolence, respect, and sustainability.
5. Each child is seen as unique. Teachers are expected to protect and nurture each child’s innate motivation to learn, acting as companions, guides, and stewards of tradition.
6. The ultimate goal of education at Daohe is to help children discover their gifts, cultivate self directed learning, and apply their knowledge meaningfully—leading toward self actualization.

【Compensation and Benefits】
1. Monthly Salary: NT$65,000–85,000, based on experience and qualifications.
2. Meals: Free vegetarian lunch provided on campus.
3. Benefits: Full coverage under Taiwan’s labor and health insurance programs, public holidays, term break leave, and annual leave based on seniority.
4. Community: Be part of a dynamic bilingual and ecological learning community that values collaboration and growth.
