Hey,
I came to Kaohsiung to improve my basic Mandarin. I can speak some very basic stuff that I learned while traveling in China for 5 months (order food, as for the price, some random stuff, general idea of the language, etc.). I will stay in Kaohsiung till 1st June, so I want to make my time worth here, so I learn Mandarin from all other sources too (like practising writing for 1hr/day for 2 months already, listening to online courses, speaking to local people, etc.).
I would like to focus on practical use of the language. Not to follow 100% usual text-books, but more everyday conversation, popular words. For writting I am learning only simplified, but I don't pay extreme attention to my writting skills, more speaking/listening.
I usually learn stuff by myself (using Internet), but some help would definitely help in this case.
I am thinking about 3 days a week, maybe 4. Each meeting for 2hr.
I don't care about your education degree, but I do care about your experience and skills :)
I am fully flexible, so what suits you - suits me ;)
