Hi there, I'm a 22 year old Chinese dude who didn't learn enough of the language as a kid. Now that I've moved to cali and back to Taiwan for work, I would want to improve my Chinese proficiency.
My main areas of interest:
1) being able to read and understand news and newspaper
2) being able to use Chinese apps and online services (especially the shopping ones like Taobao)
3) engage in more meaningful conversations with strangers (in academia is a plus!)
4) being able to use my Chinese to learn more Chinese, namely by googling and using online and textbook resources
