Very clean and recently has 1 room opening. Located on a quiet street just south of Daan park. Great location and an oasis of peace from busy Taipei city life. It's a nonsmoking/ no pets setup. We are looking for clean, considerate, friendly roommates to make a nice home away from home. The photos are ok here but you really have to see how nice this place is in person.

-Own 101 views just in our apartment! living room/ dining room/ kitchen area is very large and peaceful. It has a large ceiling fan to keep things cool (also an air conditioner in the living room!), dining room table with 4 seats is perfect for studying, TV with cable and movies on demand, comfortable couches, nice front window, and balcony. There are many plants throughout the apartment and we will be adding more.

-The kitchen is modern and very functional. Gas stove, new large refrigerator, dish dryer, big sink, toaster oven, microwave, blender, dishes and pots and pans. Plenty of space to prep and cook. We will be greening things up with some plants. Grocery stores are not too far away.

-There is a shared bathroom for just 2 people (you and me) with a separate wet/dry area. Cleaning schedule to keep things nice and tidy.
-Laundry room equipped with a good washing machine, places to hang clothes, an ironing board and iron.
-High floors with a great view and elevator plus doorman. Convenient but quiet neighborhood community.

-It is a very safe apartment in a safe neighborhood. CCTV video camera is installed at the entrance door of the front door and rooftop for security. Because this is a house next to the elementary school, the street is bright even at midnight.
