A great apartment, very clean. Located on a quiet street just south of Daan park. Great location and an oasis of peace from busy Taipei city life. It's a nonsmoking/ no pets setup. We are looking for clean, considerate, friendly roommates to make a nice home away from home. We hope to make this a great house with monthly dinner or movie nights planned. The photos are ok here but you really have to see how nice this place is in person. I also have videos of the apartment to show the huge size.
-The living room/ dinning room/ kitchen area is very large and peaceful. It has a large ceiling fan to keep things cool (also an air conditioner in the living room!), dining room table with 4 seats is perfect for studying, 48" TV with cable and movies on demand, Movie Projector for movie nights, comfortable couches, nice front window and balcony. There are many plants throughout the apartment and we will be adding more. 100M download internet with a powerful wifi router.
-The kitchen is modern and very functional. Gas stove, new large refrigerator, dish dryer, big sink, toaster oven, microcwave, blender, dishes and pots and pans. Plenty of space to prep and cook. We will be greening things up with some plants. Trips to Costco (Have a card) can be coordinated for shopping. Grocery stores are not too far away.
-There is a shared bathroom for 3 people with a separate wet/dry area. Cleaning schedule to keep things nice and tidy. Laundry room equipped with a good washing machine, places to hang clothes, an ironing board and iron.
-Landlord has camping gear for two people (tent/ sleeping bags/ sleeping mat) available to borrow for camping around the island. There is a house bicycle available for roommates for errands around the neighborhood.
-It is a very safe apartment in a safe neighborhood. CCTV video camera is installed at the entrance door of the front door and rooftop for security. Because there is a home next to the elementary school, the street is bright even at midnight.
-Bedroom = NT10,000: Available for sublet July 23rd until end of August with the option to renew for a full year contract*. A smaller middle room, no window, sliding glass doors for light from the main room. It comes with a double bed. There are shelves in the room and we can find a dresser for your clothes. New and clean air conditioning in room. Also some plants to liven up the room. The size of the room is 295cm x 302cm.
For sublet + one year contract = 2 Month deposit required+ 4 people split the monthly bills. You will have a contract in English. The landlord is a very kind and attentive man. He and his wife made this apartment quite nice and fixes anything that is wrong very quickly. Located near Daan Park, it is well suited for NTU, NTUT, NTNU and CCU students. Great location in the city. We are close to Taipei Daan Sports Center (Taipei City Gym), tons of great places for food. There are two supermarkets very close to the house, a cheap vegetable day market and two night markets in the vicinity.
*Full year renewal is dependent on landlord's approval.

The location of the apartment is great. The apartment is very quiet and the street the apartment is on doesn't get much traffic. You can get to Shida, and Gongguan very quickly (maybe 3 mins on a bicycle). There are 4 MRT lines (subway) that are within 1km of the house. Thus you can get to any part of Taipei very quickly. A 5th MRT line (the blue line) is a short bicycle ride away. No matter where your work is, it is a very convenient place to live. The location is perfect for students from NTU, NTUT, NTNU and CCU. -10 min walk from Daan MRT / Gongguan MRT / Taipower MRT. -1 min walk from Long-an primary school bus station. -2 min walk from 2 U-bike stations. -8 min walk Shida night market. -2 min walk to 7-11 I am the lease holder, live in the flat and and have permission from the landlord to act as a second landlord.
