Apartments to Share

On the 26th of March I will be leaving Taiwan and returning to my home country.

The contract I signed was from September 1st 2018 to August 31st 2019. Thus the remainder left on the contract, after I leave Taiwan, will be from April 1st 2019 to August 31st 2019 (5 whole months in total).

The rent for each month is 8500 NTD which covers the room itself, internet, electricity, water, and gas (i.e. all utilities).

There are currently 4 occupants in this apartment: 1 Japanese Student (M), 1 British Student (F), 1 French Student (F), and myself.

The apartment includes a large common area, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen.

Devices and appliances include a projector (uses VGA and HDMI connectors capable of being attached to the cable box or a laptop), refrigerator, microwave, gas-stove range, rice cooker, electric kettle, and washing machine (a rack is available in the apartment for drying clothes, or there is access to the roof where clothes can be dried depending on the weather)

The kitchen contains utensils as well as pots and pans so that you can prepare your own meals (or you can eat at one of the shops/ convenience stores nearby).

The room in question lies within the interior of the building so the temperature is more temperate than the other rooms (it is more resistive to major temperature changes), though the air condition can help in a pinch.

National Taiwan Normal University and the Tamkang University Taipei location are both within walking or biking distance.

The other residents of the building are families and university aged students. At night there are street lamps and security cameras that cover the street. The three individuals I've been living with for the past 7 months have been kind to me and take turns when it comes to taking out garbage.
