I’m living in the Yonghe district which is very near the yong an market MRT station (the yellow line to Nanshijian) It is about 10 mins walk to the MRT stop, and local bus stop very near by which it takes you to every where in the city. You will live in an area that is in a very powerful living function (1min to KFC, 7-11, bookstore, , 2 Mins to McDonalds, super market , Watson’s, 5 mins to the Park, Starbucks coffee and all kind of restaurants ets…) The apartment is in a 3 bed rooms, one big living room, 1 bath room, a western kitchen, and a balcony., Of course we also have a great roof top which we do bbq or parties sometimes., your room is about mid-sized(30 SM) With . AC, ADSL(wireless), cable in the unit. You will have a very big and bright window in your room., and the rooms including furniture . (desk, wardrobe, double bed and mattress and TV ,etc.) Washer and dryer are in the balcony for you to do the laundry . Entire unit such as, Blender, rice cooker, refrigerator , oven and microwave are all in kitchen.
