Sometimes, scanning the local Mom and Pops along your nearby streets here in Taiwan can leave you a little bit longing for a good old-fashioned warehouse store. Well, they are around, and for the most part they take credit cards, stay open 365 days a year (in some cases 24 hours a day) AND have decent return policies: commonly 30 days, with few hassles (keep all the packaging).
