FOREIGN TEACHER NEEDS ASSISTANCE 《 一位外籍老師需要    貴單位的協助 》

My name is ________________. On ________(Date) I quit working for _________(school name). I like Taiwan very much and I want to stay; I know I can contribute as a teacher. I have been offered a new job. But, I cannot take that job because my first employer refuses to write me a letter of release. The Ministry of Education will not allow the new school to hire me unless my old school states in writing that I don't work for them anymore. Although I quit on ________(Date) my old school is not willing to send the letter to the Ministry of Education; by doing so the school has taken away my right to work.   This situation is very troubling.

敝人自先前的僱聘單位離職後，隨即獲得另一所學校或補教單位的僱聘，敝人也非常想繼續留在台灣工作，貢獻個人所長與微薄心力，為台灣的教育界服務。                                         然而，敝人先前的僱聘單位卻拒絕協助辦理敝人的解聘手續，以致使敝人無法至另一所學校或補教單位任職。
敝人瞭解    貴國政府之教育行政承辦單位，在敝人先前任職的僱聘單位未辦理敝人之解聘手續前，就無法允許敝人新任職單位的僱聘行為。
敝人想請教的是，敝人確實已經於 ____ 年（Year）_____月（Month）____日（Day） 自先前的僱聘單位離職，然而，敝人先前的僱聘單位卻遲遲或不願向     貴國政府的教育行政承辦單位辦理敝人之解聘手續，以致使敝人無法履赴新職。敝人先前的僱聘單位之行為，已經嚴重影響到敝人的相關工作權利，也令敝人非常困擾與難過。

Is it right for them to keep me from working, guaranteeing that I can't work in Taiwan and will have to leave, even though there is another company, aware that I am not working at the first school, that wants to employ me. Is this fair?  
令敝人不解的是，   貴國政府之教育行政承辦單位是否會允許本人先前的僱聘單位上述之行為，也就是，即使已經確認敝人已經離職，並且知曉另一單位願意僱聘本人，卻令敝人先前的僱聘單位不斷採取「促使」本人必須離開台灣（相信     貴單位應該瞭解，外籍人士如果未繼續受僱聘，就必須於限期內離開台灣，可是這樣未繼續受僱聘的情形，並非敝人之責，而是被掌控於敝人先前的僱聘單位），抑或無法繼續在台灣工作的作法。請問，這樣的情形對敝人公平嗎？ 

Please help me to get my old school to write the letter. I am not working there anymore. I am only looking for justice. All I am asking for is a letter. I don't work for my first school anymore. Isn't that only fair? My new school wants to hire me. They have students and parents waiting for a teacher. 
敝人在此誠摯的懇請     貴單位給予協助，處理敝人先前的僱聘單位之解聘手續，畢竟，敝人確實已經離職，現在敝人所要求的，只是一點點的「公平與正義」∼∼∼不過就是一張證明敝人確實已經離職的書面解聘證明。                                                                                         最後，敝人想請     貴單位了解的是，目前，有另一所學校或補教單位願意僱聘敝人，該單位的學生與家長也正在等待一位老師；同時，敝人所企求的，不過是身為人類最基本的自由工作權利。
