Hey there, I'm a native Taiwanese guy based in Kaohsiung city in southern Taiwan. I had actually majored in English in college but would like to look for foreigners to speak English with to keep up my English ability. Of course I'll teach you Chinese in the mean time :)
I had learned Japanese for an year so can speak some basic Japanese. I'm also very interested in learning Japanese so it would be great if any native Japanese would like to exchange Chinese wit me. The only problem is that I'm not confident to communicate with you in understandable Japanese, so it will be better if you speak basic Mandarin or English.
