I am Joan. I'm 25 from the USA. I have studied Mandarin for 5 years. I recently graduated from Reed College in Portland, OR with a degree in Chinese Lit. This year I am in Taipei studying at NTU.
I can read almost anything and talk about a lot of things, but want to speak eloquently and fluently. I am looking for serious language partners, but also friends who share the same hobbies as me.
I love to hike, read, and eat! I love to discuss books, art, and films, and to explore new parts of the city. I am very interested in Chinese and Taiwanese art, literature, culture, and history. I love learning new things.
