I need a house to rent, long-term. I've been in my present house 5 years, but the landlord is selling it, so I have to move. Small yard would be great...I will take care of all yard maintenance. I have two dogs. They are well-behaved. Prefer house on the edge of the city. 'Not sure of "ping" size...I'll know if the size is "right" when I see the house.
