Housing Wanted

I'm a 36 y.o. single female looking for an apartment to rent in Kaohsiung OR Hualien. Max budget of $NTD 10000 per month, and ideally that would include network, water fee, and electricity etc.

I'm currently in Taitung but am leaving here *very* soon (June 2nd). I'd like to stay for about six months, but if you'll do short term it would be great to do one month while I figure out the city and see what areas I prefer. I'd like a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment, HOWEVER, a studio might work if it is larger (15+ pings would be ideal). I need a shower that you can properly stand up in- not a bathroom that is smooshed under the stairs. I'm tall, and my fiance that will be visiting me now and then is even taller.

I need a place with a king size bed or two single beds. If your place is mostly furnished but missing a few things, that's ok, however I can't furnish an entire place from scratch. Near public transportation is a plus, newer or remodeled is a plus.

Must be air-conditioned, and have wifi. I don't care about cable TV. It doesn't need a full kitchen but at least a sink with a counter for a rice cooker is probably necessary. Washing machine is a plus, or access to one somewhere in the building.
