The house is located at the most convenient area in Tamshui with great living condition for students in Tamkang University(aka TKU) or you work around(Asus, UL...Beitou area). It is newly decorated (New-painted, wall water-proof and sound proof) in April 2017.
There are 2 rooms available. Every room is equipped with a/c, windows, private toilet, proper bed, desk/chair, wardrobe... etc.
Life condition is also convenient and clean, it's walking distant to super market called 全聯 and 3 minutes walking to 7-11. Food street is near, so it's easy to access and clean.
It's near the historical area, beach. People living here are great, warm and helpful. We are very welcome for your coming. The house provide free wifi, and myself provide the service to buy the stuff from IKEA. Rent negotiable for long-term rental.

10-min walk to Tamshui MRT station(red line).
