Looking for a roommate (preferably female) to take a room in a nice, spacious two-bedroom apartment. The apartment is fully furnished, has excellent natural light and a big terrace/laundry space. The apartment includes a kitchen, nice living room, dining room, and 1 shared bathroom. The bedroom has ample space with a big closet and sliding glass door leading to the terrace.

The apartment is located in Guangfu North Rd. (Basically on Nanjing East Rd.) and is close to Taipei Arena Station with easy access to buses going all over the city.

I'm looking for someone who's friendly, clean, likes hanging out, but isn't too loud during the week (workdays).

I've been in Taiwan for 9 years and I speak English, Spanish, and Mandarin. I am currently working.
Rent is NTD 10,500 plus utilities and 2 months rent deposit. The room will be available February 1st, so looking for someone to move in soon and till at least end of July when this contract expires.
