The flat has a spacious common area with television and sofa, a full kitchen ( you can cook !), a balcony for laundry and shared bathrooms! Its a very international shared flat with flatmates from Japan, Russia, France, Germany, and Indonesia. Most people are studying mandarin and doing their exchange program here. * The area has strict noise policy so prefer quiet & clean tenant!
