Hello all, one single bed room is available from 19 Jan in my shared flat. My flat is located in a very convenient area with only one min walk to Metro Gutting St., and 8 mins walks to NTNU.
Some information of my apartment,
- full kitchen with many electric devices available and also electric stove to cook
- cozy & spacious living room
- laundry area with washer, & shared bathroom with wet & dry separate area.

The room is a small single bed room but with full furniture ( AC, desk, chair, and wardrobe). P.S. no exterior window. Rent:10800 NTD, including all utilities & twice cleaning service for common area per month. There will be another single bed room with exterior windows available from Feb 5 and rent is 10800 including all utilities fees.

International flatmates from Japan, Canada, France, and Philippine. Quiet & clean flatmate preferred. Any party or loudly gathering is strictly forbidden.
