CES is one of Taipei’s leading IELTS and adult test preparation teaching organizations. We are looking to fill the senior role of Academic Manager. The Academic Manager is responsible for the management of the academic department, teachers and courses. The Academic Manager will also teach some classes.

Applicants with all or most of the following are encouraged to apply:
Requirements
• University Degree (preferably Education related)
• Good knowledge of the IELTS exam (and preferably some TOEFL)
• Teaching Qualification (e.g. CELTA, Cert TESOL, DELTA, PGCE, etc)
• Excellent knowledge of teaching methodology and practice
• Solid experience teaching exam preparation to young adults
• Strong interpersonal, managerial and leadership skills
• A self starter: energy, enthusiasm, flexibility
• Strong interest in developing your skills and career
