Job Title: Copywriter - (technical writing)
•Conduct compelling consumer-facing English copy that is grammatically sound, on-message and adheres to Acer’s brand voice.
•Assist the Product Marketing team in developing product value propositions that are relevant, focused and easily translatable into creative concepts.
•Continue to seek ways to improve and streamline copy development SOPs to ensure maximum output with minimal resources.
•Assist video team in developing storyboards and copy for product, lifestyle and other promotional videos.
•Take lead in developing copy for special projects, such as for advertising campaigns, tradeshows and other initiatives, and assist with creative concept development.
•Support other marketing teams and departments with English editing and proofreading.
•Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
•Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
