I was born and raised in California, and I would love an opportunity to share my love for the English language! I am very flexible in how I teach, and I adjust my curriculum according to what my students show interest in. I worked as a teacher's assistant and tutor in both high school and college (History, Humanities, English, and Portfolio) and I found that I really enjoyed sharing my knowledge with others. Helping people find solutions and teaching new techniques was a big part of my job, and it was wonderful to see that "Eureka!" moment from my students. I believe that by teaching languages, we can change the next generation, break barriers between different cultures, provide people with more skills in the workplace, and open up a whole new world for our students.
