A spacious room for rent in Wenshan District. Situated right in between 2 MRT Stations, it is an 8 minute walk from Jingmei Station and Dapinglin Station on the Green Line.
The room is furnished with a queen (TW Size) sized bed, a desk, a chair, a closet, and a small shelf cabinet. The room is also equipped with A/C and has a window with lots of sunlight.

The common area includes 2 washrooms (1 of which is only a toilet and a sink) in this apartment, a big kitchen with lots of cooking equipment you can feel free to use, and a big living room. There are 4 bedrooms in total in this suite.
There are many amenities close by, including a night/traditional market about a 5 minute walk away, and many grocery stores (A-mart, PX-mart) also within a 5 minute walking radius.

There is a major bus stop right downstairs our apartment, with many bus routes.
- NTU within 20-25 minutes total trip by either bus or MRT
- NTNU within 25-33 minutes total trip by either bus or MRT
- Shihxin University within 5 minutes by walking

Finally, you'll be sharing the flat with other international students and working ppl. The cost is $8300 NT per month and includes internet. Other utilities are not included (Gas, electricity, etc.). Usually about $500-$900 depending on season and usage. Short term (minimum 1 month) or long term is available. 2 months deposit if looking for longer term.
