Apartment: 3 Bedroom/2 Bath. This room is located upstairs, directly across from the bathroom(Western style/can flush toilet paper). There is plenty of space and the room has a double bed, large wardrobe, small bedside dresser, two desks with plenty of storage, a shelf, and under bed storage as well. The apartment is fully-furnished with air-conditioners in every room.
Amenities: TV, Wifi, washer/drying rack, rooftop access, security guard, elevator, trash/recycling service, key fob entry, camera on the door, humidifiers, water filter, Ubike station, and cleaning supplies.
Location: 5 minute walk from Guting station, 2 minute walk from Wellcome/7-Eleven/Family Mart/Food, Overlooks Riverside Park( The bridge to get to the park is less than 500m away), Sits next to a Japanese Cultural site, 10 minute walk from popular Cultural Center.
Tenants: There are two girls, Teachers, already living in the flat. They are nice and very talkative but will keep to themselves when necessary.
Misc: The landlord is very helpful and understanding. The doorman knows who lives in the building so you don't have to worry about strangers entering, though they would still need the key fob to use the elevator. We also basically have a guardian angel helping us out. :D
