I will leave my furnished room in December, and therefore am looking for someone to replace me. It is a very nice shared flat with 3 other people, in a very quiet area!

This very luminous room has a double bed, a desk, very operating AC, a lot of storage, and an access to a little patio through glass doors!!

The apartment is fully equiped,shared bathroom and living room with sofas and screen projector that can be connected to laptops and cable tv!

The neighbourhood is very quiet but yet very central. You have acces to Guting MRT (Green & Orange Line) in 5 min by walk, and it is near NTU and NTNU.

The contract can begin at the end of December / early January ONLY.

Fee : 13 000 NTD / month (all charges included : Wifi, Electricity, Water...)
